I'm glad someone else shares my feelings about Meira being captain. I didn't want him to be captain in the first place (even though our VfB became Deutscher Meister with him). A captain must lead by example, and while his play (when he plays) is pretty good, he doesn't inspire anyone else to play well. I personally want Hitzlsperger to be captain. Of course, he hasn't played much or well for that matter since the winter break. I can't understand why we are so unstable? Nothing has changed except goalkeeper comparing to last season. But I do not want to blame Schäfer. I really do not want.... 'So from now on I might include the usual injury news in other posts, but apart from that I won’t lose one word on expectations or upcoming matches. No word until the match is over.' Haha, we always say this is 'low profile'. However, I don't believe this :) A weird thought: why no body blames Veh for this season? No comment for this season. I had realised in the past when I am talking about a match on my blog much in detail, I ended up jinxing the team I am rooting for. From then on, I just stick with the team news. I am not the only superstitious one, then. :) Oh yeah, the latest I read is that Sven Ulreich will be at goal for the final match of the season against Arminia Bielefeld. This is according to Armin Veh. Up against a team still battling relegation. Looks like I am not alone.
