“take charge and show that we want to win the game”

“Everyone needs to take on responsibility against Schalke and have belief in themselves. The important thing for us against Schalke is that we take charge and show that we want to win the game. Every individual must give his all over the complete 90 minutes if we are going to take all three points.”
VFB receives a major boost as Sami Khedira and Martin Lanig return although unfortunately Yildiray Bastürk, Matthieu Delpierre, Ludovic Magnin and Sebastian Rudy are out. Schalke, who are coming off a tough loss in the UEFA Cup will be missing Peter Lovenkrands and Levan Kenia but have Serbian national Mladen Krstajić back.
